If you are in New York City or the NY Tri-State region, we are able to deliver directly to you. Beyond the Tri-State region, we will organize a reputable white glove carrier service such as Plycon Transport. They will pick up at our workshop in Brooklyn and deliver directly into your home or apartment anywhere in the US. If you want a crated shipment, we will build the shipping crate, and the order will be sent a common carrier to the logistics depot or any other location.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
